    I can’t believe this was what we experienced when our family and I walked through the doors. Buckets full of water, mildew and water stains that are all over the ceiling from what looks like years of water damage, sectioned off areas with plastic bags to funnel water into garbage cans made this place look and smell like a flood zone. I would not be surprised if the roof collapsed on its customers or employees at some point. I had higher hopes for this store but unfortunately this has been my experience for over 6 months now as a regular customer of this mall. I have never seen a JC Penny so poorly taken care of and in Naperville out of all places. The other stores in the mall do not look like this AT ALL, please proceed with caution.

    I don't know how this JCPenney is still open, it closes so much earlier than it's normal time, the clothes are expensive. This place is clean though, which is a massive improvement from when I was here last time, I would recommend coming here on weekdays.

    HOLY CRAP ! That place is a toxic moldy hell hole. The ceiling is moldy and leaking and there's almost nothing in the store.

    Jc penny @ fox valley mall looks like it's going out of business. Low inventory, inside is in poor repairs.
