- EEEdson3 days ago3.0I don't know how this JCPenney is still open, it closes so much earlier than it's normal time, the clothes are expensive. This place is clean though, which is a massive improvement from when I was here last time, I would recommend coming here on weekdays.

The ceiling tiles are stained brown and there's plastic bags in the ceilings. All that water collecting just smells bad. No A/C, humid and smelly is just disgusting. This is a MALL you people need to get off your rear end and fix this. I don't want to shop for clothes while it smells moldy and the ceiling is dripping bacteria filled stale rain water. Gross Gross Gross! Shut it down. Fix it. Then re-open. Absolutely outrageous!
