    It's almost embarrassing for the mall to have this location attached to it. This JCPenney is FILTHY. There is mold and water damage everywhere throughout the store, especially on the ceiling, wherever there are tiles. Half of the upper level is missing ceiling tiles. Additionally, there is so much stock missing from the store, it almost looks abandoned. It's such a shame to see this place in the state it's in. It used to be amazing pre-COVID. However, Macy's was in the same situation, and its leagues better
