- HHHilda HMay 29, 20261.0Unfortunately I cannot give less than one star! I called in the morning to have an arrangement sent for a very special event. I was assured it was well within their delivery area. Later in the day, store called and said they called the recipient of the arrangement and no one was home. Then they called me and said someone had to be home to accept the arrangement so it wouldn’t melt in the hot weather. Made sense to me. I called the recipient and they were home. No one had called them. Store assured me of delivery within an hour or two. Ok, no problem. Then store called again and said they were not going to deliver it because the driver decided IT WAS TOO FAR!! He brought it back to the store. The girl said she called another driver but he didn’t pick it up and she didn’t know why. She said they would deliver tomorrow, but no one would be there and it was very important it was delivered today. I asked for the manager/ owner to call me, but of course he didn’t! If you don’t care when your arrangement arrives, then go to this store. If your arrangement is for something special, be aware! The driver may feel it’s too far and no one else in the store cares!! This really messed up something very important!!

They refused to deliver an arrangement to my loved one because it was supposedly ‘too far,’ even though the town is clearly listed on their website as one of the areas they service. It’s frustrating and misleading. If you’re looking to do something nice for someone you care about, I would recommend going elsewhere.
