- JNJagan NathanSep 5, 20261.0Worst customer service experience. Today 9/5/26 at around 7:45pm a tall girl with army tees and jeans shorts chewing gum was near the trial area and sort ting and folding clothes. As I was looking through jeans near that area she just intruded without any regards. Then as I was trying to pull a size for me she again interrupts and says excuse me and basically rushes me out of what I was doing. Super frustrated with this kind of lackluster customer service . Never coming to this AE again. I had a blue jeans with me as I was searching for the black pair and wanted to do trial. But after this incident I put everything back and just left. No business for these poor customer service location .
- MPMister PresidentAug 30, 20261.0Yesterday your seller, a guy, tried to sell me without discounts!!! But everywhere everything is written with what discount 50% 30% and so on. He tried to deceive me and sell me for the price indicated on the tag! After a little quarrel with him, I got a discount of more than $136, so be careful. 🔥
