  Bought an item not long ago, walked in to the store trying to see if i can return or exchange or get a store credit but one employee i spoked to wasn’t able to help me without my receipt. So i left and went home. Called nordstrom customer care service & called the store… i spoke to an employee by the name of Felicia S. I assumed she was the manager. Told me and explained to me a different ways on how she can help me locate my receipt. And so i went back to the store, spoke with Felicia S, and she was able to give me a gift card for my return which now i will use to make an online purchase instead from the nordstrom website… i appreciate how Felicia S, was able to help me and made my day…. Thank you.

  The store sells damaged Tory Burch shoes that have been touched up with ordinary paste—which rubs off the moment they are worn. When an attempt was made to return the shoes, the store claimed the issue lay with the brand rather than the shop itself, thereby disparaging the brand. They also said that I was the one who damaged it by using an alcohol-free baby wipe...🧐

  I would like to give a shout out to Missy. I returned two skirts earlier today that I purchased online and I mentioned they didn't have pockets. Missy then proceeded to show me where all of the skirts were and as I was browsing some of them she went out of her way to hand pick five different skirts all of them with pockets, all of them in my size. I was so thrilled, so delighted. I did not ask her to do this. I ended up buying three of the skirts that she recommended to me and I just wanted to say I appreciate her so much. Thank you so much for the help!

  Mediocre. It was more like a TJ Max. Not much resembled Nordstrom. The store was clean. Wasnt spoken to by an employee, but didnt ask either. I would go back, just with different expectations and needs.
