  Decent variety but some of their shoe discounts are not very discounted, especially compared to tj maxx (even with the same shoes)

  Absolutely brutal experience trying to return a pair of shoes. Purchased about 2 weeks ago, brought them back into the store after a single wear where they were just uncomfortable and not fit for what they were bought for. Woman at the register and her manager were completely unhelpful despite having the name, phone number, date we bought them tag still on the shoes and the card we bought them with. Couldn't even get store credit, were essentially told to kick rocks. Won't be coming back.

  Nordstrom‘s rack in Algonquin the manager‘s name is Tracy. We purchased a man’s shirt in large had proof of receipt or purchased through the credit card on our website and the credit card. My son was forced to buy the same shirt again extra large. They did not even issue us store credit according to Tracy they said that they cannot return or issue a credit without the receipt. They wanted a phone number while my son it was his first time buying there. I just find it absolutely ridiculous that he was forced to buy two shirts, one extra large and one large and it has to keep both of them because they refuse to issue a store credit for one of the shirts do not recommend the store at all. Never going back to purchase here again!
