  Mediocre. It was more like a TJ Max. Not much resembled Nordstrom. The store was clean. Wasnt spoken to by an employee, but didnt ask either. I would go back, just with different expectations and needs.

  Needed a pair of heels for a wedding this weekend. I signed up for the Nordstrom rack rewards because you get $10 off in the month of your birthday. I got up to the register with these really cute heels and asked about using the birthday reward I was told by my sales associate and a manager that it takes 2 months from signing up to get said reward and that I wouldn’t be able to use it till next year. If that’s true that’s an unfortunate rule and should be noted on the website. If it’s not true it’s unfortunate that I couldn’t be helped so I could get my shoes for the wedding and now I have to take time to go somewhere else. In today’s economy saving every little bit truly helps.

  Decent variety but some of their shoe discounts are not very discounted, especially compared to tj maxx (even with the same shoes)
