I want to especially acknowledge the customer rep. at the register Shailaja. I have been fortunate to have her wait on me a number of times. She is always friendly and treats every customer with patience, courtesy and professionalism - even when the store is busy. If there is a promotion or member benefit, she always lets me know. Shailaja is a true asset to both to the company and to her customers.

I was clearly not in anyone's way and I was waiting on the other group in the store so I could leave. But this employee had such an attitude towards me and said "well what are you waiting for" even tho I had already stated my reasoning. But I ended up just walking out after that and just crying outside the store as I waited.
