  Helpful and attentive staff. Great hiking boot selection and fishing gear section. Must be the greatest store parking lot ever. Bought Merrell boots, walked outside and broke them in on the Canyon Rim Trail.

  I ordered a handgun through them and they took the money out of my account 2 times putting me in the negatives, when I called and asked they said my gun was there so I went to pick it up and when I showed up they said it wasn’t there and they would call me and then again went back to pick it up and they had sold it out from under me even though they took the money out of my bank account still waiting on my refund but I would stay away if you order a gun from them, seems to me that no one knows what they’re doing

  We went to Sportsmans in Twin Falls, Idaho to purchase a couple of hunting rifles for my boys and after waiting at the gun counter for 25 minutes for someone to help us we finally left and went to D&B Supply to make our purchase. Just to put the situation into context, there was one other customer there that was already being helped and 4 other employees just standing around behind the counter chatting with each other. Not one of them even greated us or said hello but they did manage to great a few men that walked past while completely ignoring us (2 women and a 15 year old boy) who they could easily see had all intentions of purchasing a rifle. Needless to say we won't be shopping in this store again.

  Went in to purchase a firearm. Stood at the counter and nodded at a group (3) of employees to get their attention. No one came down to assist, so went to them to have them open a case. One employee explained that they were going over plans for an upcoming remodel (manager was part of the group). Seemed like the remodel was more important than assisting customers. Very poor customer service.
