  Update as of 5/11/026: I submitted the care form on Sunday and got a call from the manager Monday morning. She was very apologetic, listened to me, provided coaching to the employee, and explained more about the reason behind the employee not helping us. The employee had a previous disagreement with my husband about Blayzer Optics that made her uncomfortable. We had no idea that made her uncomfortable and were completely blind sided by her saying she couldn’t help us with no explanation. We are allowed to shop at that Sun Glass Hut when the manager is there, but we probably won’t. —— Original Review ——— We got banned from Sun Glass hut in Cabela’s for returning our purchase, and visiting more than once to try on options, and not buying anything. Full story for people who like to read: I brought a pair of Oakleys for me and meta Vanguards for my husband. My Oakley’s didn’t fit right so I exchanged them. The sales lady returned and resold the Vanguards so that we could still get half off on the glasses I was exchanging my Oakleys’s for. Then my husband decided he didn’t like his Vanguards they were way too tight on his head. We had read online they might loosen up when wearing them so he tired them for a few days. They didn’t get better. So we just retuned his pair and my pair, since mine would no longer be half off. This was a couple months ago. Today we were looking at Costa Gulf Shore sunglasses as possibly something else for my husband to try. When we went to the counter for help the lady said she couldn’t sell us anything because they had tried with us before and couldn’t find anything that worked. I tried to clarify was it because we returned glasses within the return period in resealable condition. She said it was her managers decision because they couldn’t find anything that worked for us. So are they saying your husband has too big of a head and we don’t want to spend time with you guys because if we do and you buy something you will just return it? Or we will spend time with you and you won’t buy anything because we have nothing you will like. Or we will spend time with you and then you will buy it on Amazon. I understand they have the right to refuse service to people, but this was really weird. It made me feel mad and weird and confused. What if I wanted to buy and keep 10 pairs of sunglasses would they take my business? How do they know what my intention was? Is there a different way they could have handled that, that wouldn’t have pissed us off? We went to the sunglass hut in the Spokane Valley Mall and they were so helpful and friendly. So that’s where we will go.
