Sportsman warehouse and team at the Pocatello store in the gun section continue to create unnesecary hurdles you wont deal with at local gun stores or Cal Ranch. Nothing but time wasters here with no accountabilty. Should have some secret shippers for corporeate come here and try to by items from their hunting section and see what aggegious customer service and follow ups you receive from the store. They let a delay sit for 6 months without a single call back previously. This time an online order that was again delayed. I walked right over to a competitor and purcahse what I needed no problem. Its reallya pathetic bunch that can't even punch numbers into the system correctly from the looks an feel. I stepped into Sportsman warehouse for the last time in my life today and will make sure to do all hunting license renewels and other misc purchases at any other store from this point forward even if its a 45 minute drive to get quality customer service at and efficient speed.

Has to be one of the most pathetic stores I have been to. They make every purchase I have made here exceedingly challenging. When a Delay signal was sent for one of my most recent purchases the clowns labeled it as "Customer Changed his Mind" instead of accurately reflecting "Sportsman warehouse and employees cannot competently do their jobs". If you are looking for your next buy regardless of the category I would say away from this store in Pocatello under the Management of Eric or Mike or w/e here. Your money and time would be more valued at any of the hundreds of other options you have within a stones throw or 45 minute drive to Cabellas, Bass Pro, or literally any other store.

Seems like there is a new manager. She doesn't know what's going on. Can't get my rifle serviced from their own mistake because there are only "kids working in the back that dont know how to do any of that" was pretty wild to me.

I recently visited my local Sportsman’s Warehouse to buy some fishing line and have it spooled on a couple of reels. What should have been a quick, simple in-store service turned into a complete waste of time.
Once again, no one on staff was trained or willing to spool fishing line. I stood there waiting while employees shrugged and said they didn’t know how or weren’t allowed to do it. This isn’t a one-time issue — it’s consistent every time I’ve gone in.
It’s no mystery why the store is always empty. The aisles are quiet because customers have given up. Why bother driving to the store, dealing with unhelpful staff, and walking out empty-handed when you can order everything online, have it delivered, and spool it yourself in 10 minutes?
Sportsman’s Warehouse seems to have forgotten that good customer service and basic product knowledge are what keep people coming through the door. At this point, their best “service” is just being a showroom for people to look at gear before buying it cheaper online.
Save yourself the trip. Buy your line, reels, and everything else online and do the spooling yourself. You’ll actually get what you need without the frustration.
Very disappointed and won’t be returning
