The store itself was well-organized and clean. However, I was disappointed with the donation process and the quality of items on display. I brought in gently used clothes, most without stains or holes (I later noticed one pair of pants had a small flaw). While shopping I saw many items from SHEIN, and even clothes with noticeable stains and large deodorant marks. When the staff finished reviewing my donation they returned most of my items, which was frustrating given the condition of some of their items. The customer service was not very friendly and could have been better. I asked a couple questions and they just seemed annoyed.

The store is very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. There are price ranges for all budgets. When we went, there was a pretty extensive 50% off clearance section, too. It's a great place to find name brands at less than regular prices.

Every single time I go in literally only two things are taken and they always advertise that they are taking mall brand items and my bags are full of them and yet none are taken. Also went on a separate occasion I went to sell my clothes they told me it would be an hour and wait and tell me why they were done in five minutes and took literally nothing which leads me to believe they didn’t even bother looking trust me your better off selling stuff on apps like vinted or poshmark. This place is horrible to sell clothes at don’t advertise if you’re not going to go through with it.
