The device is easy to use. Just hope that in the time you have this device in your car you NEVER need to talk to someone because they NEVER answer.

Now on the other hand the main company “LOW COST INTERLOCK” is a poor excuse for a company. I would not suggest thinking twice about going throu them they are a joke. I’ve had my device for 7 months an it’s gave me problems the whole 7 months. I’ve called low cost interlock for 7 months an have waited on the phone for up to 2 hrs an no answer. They are very unprofessional not recommend. An have nothing positve to say about “LOW COST INTERLOCK”
