They made me feel supported and we're so friendly that I made a style event and went back a week later for a style event and left with 5 sweaters. I used to buy torrid plus size clothes but now I'm only buying Maurices. Thank you.

- MMMistyJun 3, 20162.0Needed to do a quick return exchange in the Moscow store as I travel 99% of the time for work, I had misplaced my receipt. I was told by the rep the Moscow and Lewiston don't do returns without a receipt because the are high volume stores. ( must be nice to be so far above the rest in volume, customer service isn't important) I just did an exch. In baker where they accessed my receipt archive without problem. Since I got great care in the Baker store I spent more than I went in for and signed up for the Maurices card. Now the inconsistency and assoc. not able to utilize the system, I am rethinking my decision. So when I return home in 3 weeks I will dig for the receipt not in my luggage and then, wait to cross a store do an exchange or return if the style I like is still in at that time.
