- RGRyan GrahamSep 2, 20261.0I finally decided to spend some money on myself and orderd a jacket in store as they did not have my size. I find out that my package is being handled via "ontrac" delivery service. the worst rated and least trusted delivery service I've ever looked up. my package has been " out for delivery" for 11 hours without a single update. they have no way of contacting them other than a chat bot that has 3 responses. needless to say I will never order from vans ever again and I strongly recommend anybody else do the same. beyond disappointed and will be visiting the store tomorrow for a full refund. total bs!
