- TBTroy Burke6 days ago4.0It was great when it first opened, seeing a reduction in the selection of clothing sizes available. Which is a bummer, they had pretty good stuff most of the time. The rest of the store is still worth going and checking out.

I want to give Linda at customer service a huge shout out for making the return process so pleasant! We will continue to use Sheels for all of our sporting needs!

Last week, I ordered a pair of shorts online that didn't fit once I tried them on in store. Every person, from the woman who assisted me with order pickup, to the gals in the changing rooms who helped me find a suitable alternative, to the other gal who helped me with an exchange, was incredibly kind and helpful. I don't remember all their names, but Jurnee in the fitting rooms went above and beyond to help me out. Wonderful crew!

Shortly after placing my order, the listing was removed from the website, but the order was still processed and they shipped a different item than what was originally advertised. Customer service confirmed that the listing was incorrect and stated they would offer a refund upon return of the item they shipped. I asked why they did not just cancel the order if they were not going to ship what was advertised. They just referred to their online policy about how they handle online ordering discrepancies. I understand the item was mislisted, but just cancel my order instead of shipping me something I did not order. Use caution when ordering online.
