The materials feel thin and rough but they do look cute in the dressing room. Bought the clothes anyways. If you want your expensive Madewell clothes to last, hand wash everything even if the tag says you can machine wash. I have never had issues with the gentle cycle until I bought clothes from Madewell. Instantly ruined. You could argue that its my fault, but hand washing clothes on a busy work schedule is not practical for me. Won't be shopping there for shirts and skirts. Might try and see how the jeans go.

The thing that pushed me to write this review, though, was the customer service. Any time I have an odd question, they are always more than happy to help me, and never make me feel like I should already know or am bothering them. Sometimes it’s hard time find great customer service in retail, but Madewell certainly knows how to do it! It makes me happy to be supporting such a great brand both clothing wise and customer service wise.
