We can tell you how the fishing is at Henry’s Fork, South Fork, Ririe Reservoir, or Palisades Reservoir. We also carry plenty of supplies for ATV’s, backpacking, camping, hiking, shooting, trapping, archery, snowshoeing, ice fishing, and watersports. Our shop services are available to spool reels, mount and boresight rifle scopes, cut arrows, tune bows in our 10-yard archery lane, and anything covered by your Firearm Service Plan. Whether it’s a cold, snowy winter or 90-degree summer day, we’ve got the seasonal accessories to fit your outdoor adventure. While you’re in the area, be sure to check out local events like the Ammon Days, the War Bonnet Roundup Rodeo, and the Melaleuca Freedom Days Celebration.

    Extremely disappointed with the lack of service regarding a TFO fly fishing rod and reel. We purchased it for my birthday and got the extended warranty. We were led to believe that if something happened to the rod or reel we could just bring it back to the store and they would take care of it. About a month and half after we purchased we brought the rod and reel in because the reel had a bad catch in it and they informed us that we would have to call the third party number and they would tell us to bring the rod and reel in and then they would send us a gift card for the amount. I consider that false advertisement! And horrible customer service. They just lost a customer for good. DO NOT purchase the extended warranty because they will talk their way out of it. Very disappointed! BTW the rod is fine it’s the reel that was the problem.

    Manager was extremely rude about a return & refused to work with me about said return because I didn't have a store account. It's unlikely I'll be returning, I had the same interaction with Cabela's staff & they were helpful & completed the return for me, without an account. Customer service of sportsmans is poor & wouldn't recommend shopping here.

    Yes 1 star. This store has changed drastically in the last 3 years in your fishing department. Today is was prepared to spend $400+ and I only spent $28. Why you ask? That’s easy, you dopes no longer stock the fishing gear that was stocked 3 years ago. I asked your manager what happened and he said that he has no control in what corporate stocks for inventory. So this message is for corporate, You currently have awesome managers and employees and your tying their hands behind their backs and not allowing them to do their jobs. I know your store manager personally and he is very familiar with the fishing equipment that your regional store needs to stock. So guess what I did, I bought most of my fishing gear on Amazon and did not buy locally and did not support my local business. This is my message because of you corporate dopes, local customers like myself are spending our money to China/Amazon on line. Please don’t reply with one of those (sorry about your experience chain messages) ,do this, make sure the corporate dopes read this message and allow your trusted manager to handle his own inventory.
