  ZERO STARS...to be honest, I am not sure how Low Cost Interlock is still in business. For starters, I have been hung up on more times than I can count. Most recently, I was put on hold for 30 minutes, and instead of coming back to the call I was forced to go through the entire process again, just to be put on hold for another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, my device has locked me out, so I was forced to sit in 103 degree weather in a dead car. The agent, Lori, is wildly rude and inappropriate. I have had SEVERAL random fees added to my account. I have been sent text messages saying I have a zero balance just to get a call a day later saying that I still owe hundreds on my account. They are all scam artists making an already difficult situation even more stressful. I have disputed several "violations". They were not actually violations and they were in fact removed however I am still expected to pay the violation fee. I was told the only way to unlock my device was to pay $130 for a code when I refused and called back later the agent simply unlocked it without me needing to pay for a code. None of it makes any sense. None of the customer service staff are worth anything, they have also stated that they don't know what is going on from department to the next. I have to call them at least once a week because of all the issues that I have had, the above things are not even half of my troubles with them. I have reported them to the BBB because at this point I feel targeted and harassed.
