Pulled up to the roll-up door and he kept getting upset because I didn't want to park close the trucks inside. I insisted not to because I don't want to hit them and he stated that I get closer to vehicles at the drive thru. Smokes cigarettes very close to my car and a very unpleasent smell now in my car. Very unprofessional for him to speak to a customer like that.

What do I need for removal?
Requirements will differ by state, but generally your state authority must grant removal authorization before you can have your IID removed. You will then need to fill out the Device Removal Request form on our website and upload any official documentation that may be required to authorize the removal.

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
