  No I don't get my clothes here, but I was here when my girl had a good experience and I wanted to give a shout out to Brooklyn who works here and was very helpful. We're in Idaho and lately stores around here are deciding to make unique hiring choices especially for a conservative faith biased area probably due to the mass exodus of nearby states residents enjoying the environment that was created by these dynamics long ago. Aside from that there is an influx of folks not so great at customer service positions so I want to appreciate those that still value that and Brooklyn definitely accelled here and you could tell enjoys her career and reinforced my suspicion when I asked her, telling her it was nice to have someone who cares about a customers experience. She genuinely is a good fit for this career and I hope Maurice holds on to this one and cares enough to make her financially happy as well. Well done Brooklyn keep being you regardless of whom you work with and whom employs you, the world rewards people like you

  I am a big girl and hate clothes shopping normally. But I went to Maurices today looking for a nice top for a event I am attending. FARRAH was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. Made my shopping experience a great one.

  I was in the store for 3 hours trying everything on they had in my size. The 2 ladies who were working that night (Brooklyn and Clare) were so incredibly helpful and nice. They weren't smothering me, but made me feel important and prioritized. I will definitely be back. The icing on the cake was: I didn't know I was still shopping past closing time and these two ladies never made me feel rushed. They didn't even tell me they were closed! I asked "when do you close" and they were like "oh 8pm but its no big deal take your time!" Like they reassured me I was valued. I scurried out of there with my purchase (no one wants to stay late) but you'd never know it with these ladies. Thank you :) I felt cute in everything I bought.

  I went in Sunday, August 10th. During my time shopping, each and every sales associate working checked in with me at some point. They let me know about the sales they're having, asked if i was a card holder, and told me about the benefits of opening a card. I was asked if I needed help finding anything, if I was shopping for a special event or just because. I tried on several items, I even asked one of the associates for their opinion since I was shopping solo and she was VERY helpful in making a decision. I bought a handful of new pieces and was very happy with my shopping experience. I appreciate all the help and input they all provided!
