  We went into Windsor mid day THE DAY OF HOMECOMING (disaster I'm aware)!!! While my daughter and I were frantically searching for a homecoming dress we were approached by a beautiful woman named RiRi who said she was made aware of our situation and wanted to help. She spoke with my daughter about what she wanted, spoke with me about my thoughts and WENT TO WORK at finding us the perfect dress. She ended up finding two beautiful options and told us if we wanted to purchase them both (bc the fitting room line was 2 hrs long!) we could return the one we didn't end up using. Best advice ever! My daughter ended up having a wonderful night at her first ever homecoming! She looked and felt absolutely beautiful and so much of it was because of RiRi!!! She truly saved the day for us!!!

  Didn’t even want to give this store a star at all, dealt Hayley who said she was the manager. She was the most rude person I have ever dealt with, she made up an excuse that there was a bug on a dress I was returning and that was why she wouldn’t credit my credit card back and only gave me a store credit. There was no bug found. I will never return to the store

  The staff are super sweet and helpful definitely will go back again. Eden was the best she helped find the dress that we needed.

  ⭐️ 0 stars if I could. I’ve always loved this store and have never had a bad experience until today. Unfortunately, my experience with the store manager was extremely disappointing. I came in with my family having a great day, and the entire energy changed the moment I approached the counter for a return. As soon as the manager realized I was there to return an item, her attitude toward me became noticeably rude and dismissive. The item was purchased only 9 days ago, had all of its tags attached, I had the original receipt, and it was a new arrival that was not on sale. Throughout the conversation, she gave me several different reasons why she supposedly couldn’t process the return. She eventually told me that because I had made previous returns, she could not refund the item to my original form of payment and could only offer me a gift card. What bothered me most wasn’t even the return itself—it was the way I was treated. The entire interaction felt belittling and unnecessarily confrontational. She repeatedly made it clear that she was the manager and seemed determined to establish that she was in control of the situation. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been treated with that much disrespect over something as simple as a return. It was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. You would expect the store manager to set the standard for excellent customer service, not make a customer feel embarrassed for simply following what they believed to be the store’s return policy. I’ve always enjoyed shopping here, but after this experience, I will no longer be returning to this store. It’s disappointing to lose a longtime customer over an interaction that could have been handled with basic courtesy and professionalism.
