  It’s really sad to walk around a store for a 15 minutes and not have one person even remotely even acknowledged her there but sit there laughing joke between the employees. Clearly, their time was more important than helping out clients or customers coming into the store. I can tell there’s three people working there and all of them were just hanging out telling stories being silly. I respectfully left and I’ll find somewhere else to get a dress. I’m not gonna support that but now that I look up some reviews on Google you guys write a 3.1 so that makes sense.

  The employees at this location are so rude and unfriendly. They barely converse with you at the registers and offer no help or assistance. I ended up returning everything and took my business elsewhere.

  Not sure why everyone was made to wait in line for the fitting rooms for at least 25 minutes while there’s like 7 empty dressing rooms in the back. Someone needs to fix this, it’s disrespectful to the customers time at this point. This has happened every time I’ve gone in there. Mind you, there’s PLENTY of workers in there to sustain organization in the fitting rooms. The other employees are aimlessly walking around while there’s a huge line of people waiting to try stuff on, come to find out there were tons of empty dressing rooms.

  The fitting rooms at this place cannot be real. I stood in like so long Frank Ocean released two albums before my girl got into one. Got a call while we were in line and my boss asked me why I hadn’t shown up to work in 3 weeks. I was getting so hungry I had to DoorDash lunch, and when dinner time came around I realized I was going to have to DoorDash again so I wouldn’t lose my spot in line. I don’t even know what day it is in here anymore, this place feels like Hotel California. My dentist has hopefully filed a missing persons report, I have to imagine I’ve missed 2-3 6-month checkups since stepping into this God-forsaken line. I think I see an employee selling burial plots in the store in case Father Time takes us before we’re able to get into one of the dressing rooms. There’s a line for those too though but I think I’ve learned my lesson.

  Waited in line for 10 minutes 45 minutes before close and then they told me their fitting rooms were closed. I was really excited to try on some dresses for my graduation. I realize now why they have such low stars 👎🏽
