  Hello, I’m unable to call your store from Taiwan, so I’m leaving this review/message here. I’ll be traveling from Taiwan to Boise soon and am interested in the Oakley Meta AI sunglasses for cycling. Could you please let me know: • Whether the Oakley Meta AI sunglasses are currently available at your store

  Using lying on the phone as a sales tactic is gross. Called ahead of time from an hour and a half away to confirm they had the frames I needed and to get a price. Mitch said he had just what I needed in stock and told me the exact price. Drove alll the way to Boise to have Mitch tell me that they only have the frames that cost almost $100 MORE. And that they didn’t have the ones I asked for in stock. TERRIBLE service and I’m absolutely disgusted. Will be calling to talk to a manager or owner tomorrow. Don’t give these guys business. Honesty matters

  This is my second time ordering rx sunglasses in the store, it's always fairly quick and easy. The store sales people are always very helpful and well equipped for these requests

  Great customer service and very helpful throughout the whole process. Emma helped me find the right pair of safety glasses, explained the options clearly, and made sure everything fit comfortably. The glasses are high quality and exactly what I needed. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for safety gear. They also have a great warranty program that I signed up for. Thank you Ladies
