I’m going on vacation soon and went to JCPenney‘s to see if I could find some outfits to wear on my trip. Naturally, I always go to clearance section because I like to try to save money and get more for my money. As I’m in the clearance section I’m just browsing and a lady comes up to me and asks what size I’m looking for. I respond back to her that I’m just looking and she responds to me these are smalls. The larger sizes are over there, I was completely shocked that Those words even came out of her mouth. Since when has it ever been good customer service to go up to Anyone especially one that’s not asking for any help and ask them what size they’re looking for and direct them to the bigger sizes When they were already told they’re just looking. Is it because she thinks I can’t fit into those small sizes which I’m sure I can not but that’s not any of her business and it didn’t make me feel any better about myself. I will never ever stop at that store again.
