  I had an exceptional experience at Hal Davis Jewelers in Boise and felt it was worth sharing. I stopped in late on a Friday evening, just before closing, to deal with a bracelet issue that honestly could have turned into a frustrating situation. Ashlee recognized me almost immediately and stepped in to help. From the start, she handled everything with professionalism and genuine warmth (on a Friday, at closing time, dealing with a return!) What stood out most was how she approached the problem. The issue wasn’t caused by Hal Davis, yet she took full ownership of the situation. Instead of putting me through what likely would have been a long, drawn-out repair process, she resolved it on the spot. No hassle, no inconvenience—just a straightforward solution delivered with an apology, a smile, and a solution. Returns and product issues are never enjoyable for anyone, but Ashlee completely flipped the experience. She made me feel valued as a customer and turned what could have been a negative into a reason that I will come back! That level of service is rare. It earned my trust, my appreciation, and my future business. Respectfully & gratefully

  Ashlee and the team at Hal Davis were excellent to work with. I worked with Ashlee to acquire a watch that wasn't available locally for me. Her communication was prompt and acquiring the item was seamless. I look forward to working with them again!

  Hal Davis did a great job with my diamond ring. They were great to work with, and my ring looked amazing when they were done. They are great at answering all your questions and communicating! I would definitely go back Hal Davis.

  I brought my Rolex in for a repair and made it explicitly clear that I did NOT want the watch polished. This was discussed and agreed to before any work was done. There were scratches on the watch had sentimental value to me, and polishing was not necessary for the repair. When I received the watch back, it had been polished anyway. This was extremely disappointing, as the original character of the watch cannot be restored. Instead of taking accountability, the only remedy offered was an in-store credit for the polishing(not even a refund!), a service I specifically declined and did not want. There was no meaningful effort to make things right or acknowledge the significance of what was lost. At a minimum, I expected them to respect clear customer instructions. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I would strongly caution others to be very explicit and cautious when trusting them with anything of personal value.

  I am so impressed with this jeweler. I went in for a diamond to be reset into a necklace for my daughter’s upcoming graduation. I had low expectations they would be able to help me find a setting and have it reset by graduation. Tracy was amazing! Not only did he help me find a beautiful setting to put the necklace in, he miraculously worked with the jeweler to get it done on the same day! I am so excited to have the opportunity to surprise and honor my daughter on her graduation day with this beautiful piece!.Hal Davis went above and beyond and I will shop there in the future for my jewelry needs.
