I ordered an arrangement for my daughter's birthday like I do once a year. For some reason this time the edible arrangements website didn't get my order correct. I called and spoke with the store directly and even though it wasn't the store's fault, they still made it right for us and sent my daughter the beautiful arrangement we wanted! Justine and Dani provided excellent customer service and they are great to work with!

I received a fruit bouquet as a gift that I can only imagine wasn't cheap. This gift contained pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe and honeydew melon. The pineapple was perfect. Everything else was hard and definitely not ripe. The melons were crunchy and the strawberries were white inside. I'm sad for the person who paid for this. EDIT - while I did not take them.up on the "opportunity to replace" , I do appreciate the offer to make it right so I am changing my review to 4 ☆. Thank you.
