After a few minutes, she let us know the store was closed by asking us, "Are you going to stay all night?" No warning to make our final selection. No offer ring up what we already picked. Just a terse apology and directions to the Shoe Department at the mall. Thanks, Cassie. I guess we'll get our shoes elsewhere.

I needed 10 minutes to find what I needed. Never shopping here again. Would have said nothing if she had just said hey we are closing soon.
