- PLPaul Lewis3 days ago5.0It's always fun to go to the mall with your daughters! Be warned that JCPenney's AC went out last week and it is very hot in the upper floor. Downstairs is still hot but not as hot as upstairs. Hopefully they'll get it fixed soon!
- ASAmy SuttonJul 5, 20261.0I’ve always loved going to the mall in Boise but recently I had a very upsetting experience that wasn’t safe and not only did the security guard not help me but the security person in charge was rude and very unhelpful as was the the mall manager. My advice is ladies be careful when you are at the mall. The security guards apparently cannot help anyone. Their only job is to collect information is what I was told and can only give that information to the police even if it involves you. So my advice is if something happens to you at the Boise mall don’t call security, just call the police and be careful when you are in the parking lots alone.
- AAAri AJun 29, 20265.0The mall is great but the second floor restroom always stinks really bad after it gets mopped. Smells really bad every time, as if dirty, overused, non-sanitized mop was used. Lingers on the floor for a long time.
