I understand there are groups of mall walkers that get together. Even though some of the major retailers have closed, there is still a large variety of stores to shop and places to eat.

I had just made a purchase and politely asked if I could have an extra bag for my car. They both told me I couldn’t have one. I completely understand if employees aren’t allowed to give out extra bags, but the way they responded felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I was a paying customer, and I felt like I was treated poorly over a simple question. The interaction left a really bad impression of the store.
