- RTRhonda Toronto2 days ago1.0We had the worst customer service experience at this store. We wanted to buy a new pistol for our anniversary. First we could not get anyone to wait on us even though there were three salesman standing around. Finally we asked for help and the rep Mark very begrudgingly showed us the pistol. Then we had a question about the optics and he went to ask someone else. It was very clear it was a bother. We recently moved so we had to use our vehicle registration to verify our new address. Because the car registration was in my name my husband and I decided we would put the pistol in my name instead of his. Not a problem to us because it was a gift for both of us! We are both Veterans and both have Enhanced Concealed Carry permits. It should be easy to sell us a pistol! Mark went back to talk to someone and walks out with a BIG smile on his face to tell us he cannot sell it to us because first we said it was for my husband and now it was for me. He gave a half hearted "I'm sorry guys". My husband responded that no he wasn't because it was clear he didn't want to help us from the beginning. We had planned to buy the pistol, ammo and 3 prints we liked. Instead we walked out without spending a dime and we won't shop at Bass this store ever again. Horrible experience. My advice, shop their competitors when you are in Idaho Falls!

But you dont get to walk up to customers talking and put your finger up to your mouth abd tell them to be silent. That's not okay. The way connie, went about it is not okay and not good customer service. Im livid with the way she talked to me and the other customer. Not okay behavior towards your customers
