Mixed: There was a pretty large selection of dresses, mostly smaller sizes. The dresses were beautiful, multiple colors to choose from and were very, very reasonably priced!! Happy bout all that!! HOWEVER, at the height of HoCo season for several different schools apararently, on a Sunday afternoon at about 1 pm in a very busy mall in Des Moines the store and its MANAGEMENT chose to have only TWO poor employees running the store by themselves. One was running the 9 different fitting rooms and one was running the register for what were both never ending lines from 1 to 245!! If we hadnt spent so much time there or found the perfect dress we would have walked out. I DO NOT fault the employees!!! They were doing the best they could to run both areas in as friendly a manner as they could and as efficiently as they could. Shame on management for being so WOEFULLY understaffed on a busy weekend before school dance season!!!! DO BETTER WINDSOR!!

I honestly expected a much better experience shopping here, but it was pretty disappointing. The store itself has some nice clothing, but the customer service completely ruined it for me. The staff came off as unfriendly and, at times, outright rude. Simple questions felt like an inconvenience to them, and there was zero effort to be welcoming or helpful. Shopping should feel enjoyable, not uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the attitude of the employees made it hard to even want to stay in the store, let alone make a purchase. I hope management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated, because it really makes a difference. I won’t be returning anytime soon
