Had some trouble finding a toy that was rare and out of stock, he not only managed to find it, but without me asking it arrived in less than 24 hours and I live in a different state so that's crazy. If I ever move to Iowa I doubt I would shop anywhere else but here

At the Des Moines RipRoar event, my daughter's bike had a tire problem, and Jenn immediately jumped in to help. She quickly fixed the tire, made sure everything was safe and ready to ride, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was still working well. Her knowledge, kindness, and genuine care took so much stress out of the day and allowed my daughter to get back to enjoying the event. What makes this even more meaningful is that this wasn't the first time. Jenn has repeatedly gone above and beyond for our family at RipRoar events over the years. She always greets us with a smile, takes the time to help, and truly cares about the kids and their bikes. Jenn is an incredible asset to the West Des Moines Scheels team and a big reason we continue to shop there.
