  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this Lululemon location. Considering that Lululemon sells premium-priced apparel, I would expect a level of professionalism that matches the brand. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I attempted to exchange a pair of pants that still had the tags attached because they were showing pilling before I had even worn them. Instead of receiving helpful service, I was met with an unnecessarily dismissive and condescending attitude from the manager, Eric. During our conversation, I mentioned that I planned to iron the pants before wearing them since they were heavily wrinkled. Eric responded in a way that felt sarcastic and unprofessional. As a manager, he should know that the garment care instructions on the tag clearly state that ironing is permitted. Yes, some people still iron their clothes. What made the situation even more frustrating was the difficulty I was given over a simple exchange. The original purchase was made using the nursing discount, which is only 15%, and I was asked to provide proof again despite requesting nothing more than an even exchange. Ironically, a few days later, other employees completed the exact same exchange without any issues and did not require additional proof of the nursing discount. Customer service should be consistent, respectful, and focused on helping customers. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Based on my experience—and many of the reviews I've since read—this location appears to have ongoing customer service issues. I have been a loyal customer, but this interaction has caused me to reconsider shopping here in the future. A little kindness, professionalism, and respect would go a long way.

  I had a great experience at the Lululemon store in Jordan Creek Mall on a busy Saturday. The team was incredibly welcoming and attentive without being pushy, which made shopping really comfortable. They took the time to help me find the right sizes and styles, and their product knowledge was spot-on. Would highly recommend this location based on my experience

  Service is absolutely terrible— Barb is the worst educator in my history of shopping Lululemon via several different states and thousands of dollars later, she should not be in customer service and should have MUCH further training by management on regards to customer service, has no business being face to face with customers. Contacted corporate and feel like a Karen, like Barb! When policies change, unfortunately you have to explain that to customers, BARB! You are rude, incompetent and condescending. When weft and warp aren’t correct on product, that’s called a defect!

  Had a GREAT experience yesterday! My daughter was celebrating her birthday while her teen sister shopped at this store- I was holding coats/ toys ect and a lady gave me a bag to pack it all in so I could shop. I really really appreciated this! Such kind workers- highly recommend this team!!!
