I had a great chat with Brad, he was exceptionally helpful during my watch shopping and mentioned he'd keep in touch when a particular model I'd like to see arrives. I also had a very pleasant conversation with Jake about watches and jewelry. The service department was even kind enough to work on my watch on the spot. It's the sort of place you want to find reasons to visit and give your business to.

After popping the question, we chose to go back to Todd and shop for wedding bands together - which felt just as easy and they also came out flawless. We did not have the greatest experience when buying our engagement rings (incorrect sizing on rings, salesman who we felt did not care very much) but we went back for our wedding bands and we were paired with Jodie. She was AMAZING. She looked at basically every ring in the store for me and my wife, set us up to come back at their wedding bands event a few weeks later, and even researched different options for the rings. We will always be asking for Jodie when we visit Josephs.
