We did not have the greatest experience when buying our engagement rings (incorrect sizing on rings, salesman who we felt did not care very much) but we went back for our wedding bands and we were paired with Jodie. She was AMAZING. She looked at basically every ring in the store for me and my wife, set us up to come back at their wedding bands event a few weeks later, and even researched different options for the rings. We will always be asking for Jodie when we visit Josephs.
