  My adult daughter that is 20 that has a disablility was at the mall during a monday afternoon with her boyfriend and had to use the restroom so they went into the family handicapped bathroom, weren't even in there 2 minutes and security was banging on the door telling them they couldn't use the bathroom. My daughter has Myasthenia Gravis as its none of their business and is just relearning how to walk after 7 months of not walking at all!! Staff needs trained on disablility laws!! Just because an adult male goes into the family restroom with a female doesn't mean they are up to bad things!! (This is what security told me) male/female can't go into any bathroom together. Caretakers are not always female to female!!! She was treated like a criminal because she was using a public bathroom! She told the female security guard that pushed the door open and about hit my daughter with it because she was washing her hands that she is disabled and needs assistance with things, she didn't care and told them they had to leave. She then walkied her security buddies that they were compliant with leaving. It is sickening the way disabled or handicapped people are treated! Not every disability is visible!!

  This mall is wonderful! It feels super safe. Has a walking area with pond outside. Tons of shops and restaurants. Dave and busters in the parking lot. My boys loved watching the geese as we walked around the front water area.

  love the mall it's the best, went in to find a present for my friends birthday and the second store I went to (PACSUN) had the perfect gift.

  I was told 3 months ago that I can't bring my ebike in side the mall so I can charge it, so I brought it through the first set of exit doors by rogers and Hollands jewelers for the last 2 months and verity the security said it was fine, now they changed their story. Now I have to keep my $2000 ebike outside and I can't even take the battery off the ebike and even charge the battery inside. Jordan Creek mall is a joke. do not recommend coming to the mall.
