- KKKelseyJun 11, 20261.0If you go here don't check out with an old gremlin named "Carol." My family and I are never spending another cent with Jcpenny ever again because of her. My mom and I went to this location last night, and spent $900+, but we forgot a few things. I go back in today to buy the things we forgot to get. I get them, go to check out, and the check out gremlin, Carol, is not letting me check out without a Jcpenny credit card. No matter what I say she keeps saying "Well if you get our Jcpenny credit card.." I say, "no." She says, "But if you..." I say "no." This goes on for what feels like forever, finally I said, "Someone else is actually paying for this." She goes, "Oh, well you can't use someone elses card..." I said, "well never mind then," and leave. Of course you can't use another person's card, but people do it all the time. Your friend goes, "Hey get me a soda while your in the gas station" and they hand you their card. I wasn't going to tell her it was someone elses card, but she just kept badgering me. My mom, asked me to get these things for her because shes working. Ridiculous. Never again. It's disgusting to badger your customers like that.
