- KAKeaton AdamsAug 31, 20261.0Bought a few shirts from them, normally my go to store for dress shirts. Unfortunately after washing and drying, the new style of dress shirt they released are nearly impossible to get wrinkles out. Which i cant possibly know this happens until after i wash the shirt, which voids the return. They wouldn't honor the return or make an exception which was super frustrating
- SSShadowAug 30, 20265.0Tina at Express was amazing! She took the time to help me choose clothes that actually looked good on me and made great recommendations based on my style. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable. Really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend asking for Tina!
- MMMeganAug 10, 20255.0Sunny was super helpful! I got an outfit for my interview and she managed to find stuff for my short, petite, curvy, self. Thank you sunny for wishing me luck on my interview ❤️
- CRC RSep 23, 20225.0I had purchased some things online and had to do a pretty complicated transaction return/exchange/price adjustments in the store. I was really dreading it but Valerie was so incredibly helpful and patient! Best customer service I have had in a very long time!
- MWMelvin WoodsFeb 17, 20192.0The guy that helped us was very helpful on Saturday. However there was a one mady that was rude & wouldn't even help us. I e noticed at Jordan creek mall certainly. Stores have clerks that would rather go to the other side of the to avoid you.
