I walked in looking for a dress I saw on the window and she showed me where to find it, offered to show me the fitting rooms, brought me different size dresses to help me find the perfect fit. I didn’t up purchasing the dress there at the store but I loved it so much I had to order it online. She was so nice and made my experience special!
- JOJon OngFeb 5, 20222.0Really small store over on the men's side. I am used to going to an Express Men that carries the majority of their seasonal line. Now, I am no fatty, but everything was "slim" and "extra slim." No offense, but as someone coming from the outside, people in Iowa aren't exactly known for being "slim," much less "extra slim." Therefore, why would a store in Iowa only carry those two styles of clothing cuts? Now, I have to go online and try to find something that fits and hope it gets here on time. After Valley West Mall goes out, this will be the Des Moines Metro's only Express store. It sucks to have to shop online for everything.
