My husband made an order last week to surprise me and we had a little hiccup with the order. I called the office and explained to them what had happened. The lady I spoke with was amazing and took the time to listen to me. She said she will forward my feedback and take care of it. The next day I had part of my order re-delivered again. The fact they did this tells me they truly care about their customers and want to ensure customer satisfaction in every order. I will definitely keep supporting this business as I have in the past. Highly recommend!
