Called the store to tell them and they offered me a discount on my next purchase. I just told them I would like a refund. They told me they can only refund a certain percent of the order because I already picked it up?! After arguing for 20 minutes I was promised a refund. 2 weeks later here we are without my full refund. I would never purchase anything here! Whoever I spoke to lied to me saying it wasn’t possible for her to do a refund and eventually she said she could. They offered me a discount on my next order. I won’t ever order/ purchase anything from them again and neither should you.

I called from across the country to send condolences in the form of an edible treat for my niece who had just lost her best friend in a car accident. Kathy knew of the accident and we talked about how the whole community had grown together and spread love to each other in this hard time. We had a good talk and maybe some tears and Kathy showed me the love and empathy that people have for strangers and each other in Iowa!
