  I used to absolutely swear by DSW, but the prices haven’t changed, but the quality has not only in the products but especially in the Customer Service if you ask a question it’s sharp and it to the point. No, you can order it online and they go back to what they’re doing when you go to the register hey I haven’t used my coupon yet this month. Can I use it? I don’t see it. Must you must be have the wrong number? No, it’s the correct number. Can you re-look it up and no matter how nice you are to one particular individual there she is always rude and inconsiderate and I understand that she’s a teenager, but she needs to get a lesson in life on how to treat people because attitude you give people is the attitude you’re gonna give back. I was a former manager to put myself through school. I council people now and that young lady has an absolute heart on for life already it’s sad. I think I’m not shopping at DSW anymore.

  Rude employees, looked down their noses at me when I asked if they had my size in a certain shoe. When they didn’t, they acted like I was a huge inconvenience and should’ve known better.

  Wow! There are so many shoes and they are easy to find on low shelves. I will be back!
