  Went with 2 pairs of jeans to exchange that I never wore and had for 2 weeks. Had the original bag, both pairs of jeans, the RECEIPT and even 2 of the tags. Gabe, the manager, told me I could not return or exchange the jeans unless the tags were attached. WHAT??? After having him call corporate, waiting for 16 minutes, and having them tell me the same thing, they said as manager, he could override the policy. He did not. This place basically stole my money. I have NEVER been to a store that has this kind of ludicrous policy. He even told me I had to have the tags attached with the actual plastic gun deal they use. I asked to use it and he told me "no". They have lost a long time customer and I recommend that no one shop here.

  EXCELLENT customer service! Rushed there after a shift at work to get new pants. I haven’t shopped for new in years so it was a def trial and error event. Lol. They were attentive, patient, informative, and helpful. Considering it was less than an hour til close and they had decent amount of traffic still etc they didn’t let it affect how they were with customers! Far and few do you see this anymore!

  Arrived at the store to shop at 7:15pm after seeing in google that the store closes at 8 only to find doors locked. Mall open, but store closes. 2nd AE in 2 weeks this has happened with.
