  They did not have the house cleaned out when they said they would, everything sold significantly under value, the whole staff was incredibly rude and hard to work with. Even fighting with the family who they were working for, we had to threaten a breach of contract for them to do their job correctly. I would never recommend these vultures, they come in during the worse time of a person life and take advantage.

  We used AAA for my father's estate sale in the summer of 2024. They were wonderful! I feel like some of the negative reviews come from an unrealistic view on what an auction is - our goal was to sell items to clear out the home. An auction, especially an estate auction, is going to have old stuff, worth very little. That is hard for some to understand and/or accept. And some estates have A LOT of items. When you hire AAA, you get expertise to sell it all fast (one day) and a ton of labor to haul the stuff out and display for the auction. Yes, it will go for cheap, but it goes! If you are looking for money then you should do the work and have a bunch of garage sales and good luck! You do the work and put in all that time. For me, no thanks! You want it to be easy and less stress then I highly recommend AAA. They bring lots of team members to work that day and that labor costs money. Plus they bring boxes, tables and all sorts to help. Yes, they have a following of buyers too. So what! That is good!!! They even have someone that comes independently to sell food for the day. (no cost to you, but so nice for the people that attend) At the end of the day, there will be a service offer or two (independent of AAA), they are willing to help with leftover items to buy from you (post auction is junk hauling, so they will charge you a fee - not a sale anymore). In the end AAA take a percentage from the auction sale that day but that covers a TON of labor and supplies too. And in the end most of the stuff is gone without much hauling. If you want to make money on the sale of old junk, this is not the way to go. If you want it easy and done with, please hire them, they are fantastic!!!!   I have been going to AAA auctions for year's. Lorretta, Dennis & Jesse are great! Nice auctions, honest, and well run.

  Used them to run an auction. Biggest mistake ever. SEVERAL items are missing and not on the invoice of items sold. Pretty sure they stole from us. They only acknowledged bids from certain people in the crowd. Horrible, untrustworthy group of people. Completely took advantage of a grieving family.

  We try hard to be honest and trustworthy. We have been in business over 45 years so that does say something about the way we conduct ourselves.
