They always refer you to the shop, who pretty much can’t do anything. Or they ask to submit an incident report that is a one sided interaction.They do a terrible job on the up front training and explaining of how it works. If you have an issue there’s no incentive for them to correct it because why would they want to refund money. Lastly they never explain when your window for calibration, so I drove to the shop twice because they go 3 days before and after the date. Where is that stated?! This company is only good for taking your money!!

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
