- GMGwendolyn MaddenAug 10, 20262.0The associates are nice enough but so unbelievably slow. It’s also kind of unbelievable how few associates were working on a Friday night during back to school. It took me almost an hour to get in and out with an online order. I waited in line for over 20 minutes, was told to stand to the side until the jewelry associate was done with her transaction, which took an additional 20 minutes even though she had been working with the same customer since before I arrived. I stood to the side while I was waiting for the jewelry associate and another associate very aggressively told me that I needed to wait in line. I know it was busy but it shouldn’t be that hard for the 5 associates to communicate and to control their tone with customers.

When I took them into the store, to even see if they could be exchanged, I was quickly told no, the return policy is 60 days. I don’t think that’s reasonable, especially if the person who received the gift can’t control when it was purchased. I wasn’t looking for cash, even a store credit. Very disappointed with this.
