  Get Intoxalock, plain and simple. You will not save money here, any two failed attempts in any time period for any reason trigger a lockout for an $85 reset fee at the service center within 5 days. Old tech does not tell you what the limit in the device is, and they will not even tell the service centers what the limit is, just a pass or fail. Hidden removal fee of $200 for “end of service fee” as well as paying the service center for removal. Double charged my card at least 5 times and had to fight to get my money back. Also was told when I signed up calibrations were included in the monthly rate, then the service center will charge you for the calibrations as well.

  If I can give this company zero star I would. They prey on with these extreme lookout/reset fees. They get you with the lower monthly fees but then you’re guaranteed to get a stupid lockout. Don’t do with them.

  First equipment installed was defective. Had to pay for new equipment to be installed, which was also defective. Then had to pay for another set of equipment to be installed, which needed software fixed which I also had to pay for. Don't let the low monthly fool you, they will gouge you for stuff that they should be covering themselves. And getting a hold of a supervisor after 8 phone calls was still impossible "they are out of the office right now, try again later" they won't take a message and call you back. They will not reimburse you for any mistakes or extra charges they "accidentally" charged to your card. Do not bring this company your business.
