    While assisting an elderly friend find new window coverings, I encountered the most informed, professional, pleasant, concerned and helpful staff at the Cedar Rapids store. We started the task first with Amanda selecting and purchasing draperies and ordering what was not available. The order arrived within days. When needing to return/exchange part of the purchase a while later, Lori and Janet were exceptionally courteous, informed and helpful. They were busy ladies the afternoon I was there and still made certain my needs were met. And at the best possible cost! Thank you Amanda, Lori and Janet! Thank you JCPenny!
