- KTKris TholeAug 28, 20265.0Amanda, in the Home area of the Westdale store, was AMAZING. My Mom is “old-school” and wanted to “see” what curtains actually looked like hanging. Not just packages but actual curtains, sheets, rods, etc. Amanda actually showed her how they would look together, opened the box so she could see the actual rod too. She made great suggestions about how many sheets to use vs the size of her windows. Also helped her understand what colors would work best for her. She was just an ABSOLUTE JOY to work with…she and my Mom definitely bonded (shared birthdays) She also suggested a gentleman to hang the curtains for her…he drove almost 50 miles to do this for my Mom and was just wonderful! Professional, courteous and cleaned everything up when he was done…his name is Matt…Amanda highly recommended him and I could see why! Thank you Amanda and Matt for such a wonderful shopping experience! Highly recommended them!

We started the task first with Amanda selecting and purchasing draperies and ordering what was not available. The order arrived within days. When needing to return/exchange part of the purchase a while later, Lori and Janet were exceptionally courteous, informed and helpful. They were busy ladies the afternoon I was there and still made certain my needs were met. And at the best possible cost! Thank you Amanda, Lori and Janet! Thank you JCPenny!
