And it has gotten worse in the last few years as customer service tanks and selection is dismal. If I find something that works, I'll buy all the colors. Rainy day today so I stopped at Scheels in Cedar Falls to grab another color of shorts I know. I grabbed a few things and headed to the fitting rooms. Kennedy, Gracie, and Baling have restored my faith in retail customer service. Seriously above and beyond — involved, professionally cheerful, and oh so helpful. Baling saw what I had and brought me a few things she thought might work for me. Nothing I would have picked out for myself, but I loved them. Thank you for your help!!

After disputing for a while, the manager made sure I fully understood the situation without making me look like a complete idiot. I appreciated the patience!
