- DBdebra benedictMay 11, 20265.0I stopped in after a bike collision on the trail on Monday, May 11. My handlebars were misaligned and the brake was rubbing on my tire. I met Colton Benda in the bike repair section of the CF store. I was able to leave my bike and continue on with the plans for lunch with my friends. Colton texted me and said my bike was ready within 1/2 hr. He had made the needed adjustments and I was set to go. I very much appreciated his help and cannot commend him enough as a helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable bike tech!

Not one asked me if I need help spending 1000 on an item i was waiting my turn to ask questions about to buy. All worked in the section. 2 walked off to ask other gentlemen if they needed help. My business just went elsewhere.
- NBNate ButlerMay 2, 20261.0They had $120 training collar marked down to 80 "as is/no returns" so I asked (what seemed to be) a manager in the outdoor area "This has everything and everything work?" "I was actually the person that dealt with this and all they wanted was a Garmin instead. We plugged it in to the charger and everything. Its all there and works for ya so your good." Get home and there's no charger in the package. So I get to figure out how to track down the most unique charger cable I've seen. Since "no returns/as is" Slick move! Didn't know you guys needed the $80 that bad.

- PWPatricia WaltonApr 25, 20265.0I don’t remember the nice girl name but my daughter “I got a boo-boo I got a booboo “ she’s 3 so she repeats it even though I kissed it and consoled her . And the cashier was like “will a puppy make you feel better” my daughter “yes , thank you!” The lady was so sweet just to give my 3 year old the puppy … ever since then … her boo boos are all gone. 🥹 thank you to whoever that girl was that was so sweet of you.
