  Customer service at this store needs a major overhaul. No customer should ever feel like they aren’t good enough to shop here or that their business isn’t valued. My experience left me feeling unwelcome and unappreciated. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Returning the jacket was an incredibly smooth experience. Jessi made the entire process effortless with her professionalism and attention to detail. She even went the extra mile to check availability across North American stores, which I truly appreciated. Outstanding customer service—hats off to her!

  Store employees would not let me retrieve my order sunday evening at 4pm. The employees are snobby & rude. As soon as i walked in they looked at me as if i shouldnt be there. I make plenty of money & can afford larger names like Gucci 😅. Don't judge people based off looks. I purchased the item I was picking up to use for giveaways at my business. I would of brought a large amount of units had it went well. I had to use a different store. They also said I couldnt pick up my order without an ID. But they offered to cancel my order without an ID. I realize it is a policy but I pick up at tons of stores at the outlet. I have never been id'd. I cancelled my order. I'll just shop elsewhere. I will not shop at this location any longer. Thanks.

  I love every opportunity I get to shop here. The staff is always amazing and is there to help if I need it. Today we had great service by all the ladies that worked there. It's always more enjoyable when you have that kind of experience with the employees and it's the reason I'll keep coming back. There was also a sale going on, which is always a bonus!
