I always get the best service, I shop through via txt from Hilo an I’ve been happy everytime I get a dust bag everytime an Janelle help me sooooooo much I can’t even put it in to words great job everyone at Marc Jacob’s waikele

Ian, went above and beyond from the moment I walked in. He offered warm, personal service, guided us through multiple selections, and made the entire experience feel elevated and effortless. I came with my Fiancé and Toddler - Although my Toddler was loud and touched everything I looked and picked up, I appreciate the staff for their patience with us. Overall, The attention to detail, care, and professionalism made the visit truly worth it.
