  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because it has been extremely disappointing. I first visited this location approximately one to two years ago to express interest in purchasing a specific watch. After that initial visit, I remained in contact with one of the sales representatives and communicated with her numerous times over the course of the following months—likely somewhere between seven and ten separate conversations. Throughout that period, I genuinely believed that my interest and preferences had been documented and that I was being considered for the watch I had requested. When I recently returned to the store, I spoke with a different representative and was surprised to learn that there was apparently no record whatsoever of my previous interactions, the watches I had expressed interest in, or the history of my communications with the prior representative. After investing so much time over the past couple of years, I was essentially told that I needed to start the process all over again from the beginning. What made this especially frustrating was not simply the wait itself—I understand that highly sought-after watches often involve long waiting periods—but rather the lack of communication, continuity, and follow-through. Customers should have confidence that their information is being accurately maintained and that the relationships they build with a boutique are valued. I have always admired the brand and was genuinely excited about the prospect of purchasing my watch through this location. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling overlooked and discouraged after what I believed had been years of patience and loyalty. I hope management reviews its client tracking and communication practices so that future customers do not have the same experience. There are plenty of other stores that you can get the same watches, you should look elsewhere!

  My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Bucherer because of the excellent service provided by David and Nikolina! The trip we took to Maui during the Kona Low was filled with challenges, but the experience at Bucherer was definitely one of the highlights of the vacation.
