  Kind and calm staff are so uplifting! I came in to get a full outfit now that I've started running regularly. The staff balanced checking in gently and periodically without hovering or pushing sales. They were very helpful going in back to fetch extras of items and proactively moving my clothes to a fitting room for me. I usually can't stand to shop for very long but the vibe was not at all overstimulating, to the point I did a second fitting room visit for loungewear. Thank you, Lululemon Wailea! <3

  If you are attempting to buy anything Maui exclusive don’t think about it here. They will tell you to comeback at 9 am as they “restock everyday”. You get there at 8:45 stand outside in line for all sizes except for xxl+ to be sold out by 9:05 am. Not worth the time! I tried multiple times and just gave up. Ruined my love for lululemon!

  I was just recently in this store while I was on vacation (April 27, in the evening), the employees at this store were so incredibly lovely. They were very accommodating and helpful while I was looking for exactly what I wanted. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness. 🍻

The way he advised us — with patience, passion, and impressive product knowledge — completely elevated our shopping experience. We originally came in just to browse, but thanks to his outstanding guidance and enthusiasm, we ended up happily spending over $400. What impressed us most was his authentic passion.
