  The woman who helped us at the Queen's Marketplace location was patient and informative. She definitely went above and beyond to assist us and made me comfortable while picking out the best option. Thank you!

  The manager Lori was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions. The shop has a variety of glasses to choose from and have these cool things called Care kits for the glasses.

  I am writing to complain about a manager that refused to help me at Sunglass Hut and made my experience at sunglass hut horrible and made me regret purchasing from the company. The managers name was “Lori” and she refused to help me with a warranty issue. I had a pair of ray ban sunglasses RB4264 that broke from a manufacturer defect and were still in warranty and she was dishonest and untruthful and told me the sunglasses were no longer in warranty, even though my receipt showed the purchase was approximately 18mos ago still inside the 24 month warranty. The receipt also showed for some reason the word “blu” and she told me that the sunglasses are supposed to have blue lenses which they don’t they are silver then implied that I was trying to exchange a different product than was purchased. After confirming the UPC code on the receipt in fact showed that it was the correct pair same on sunglasse hut website with silver lenses she still refused to exchange the sunglasses for me. I ended up having to drive to a different sunglass hut to have the problem resolved. Lori showed every attempt to avoid helping the customer instead of making every attempt to help the customer, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received. Especially since when they are trying to sell you a pair of sunglasses the first thing they mention is how great their warranty is and how you can just bring them into any sunglass hut.
