I agree with someone said that the paid parking is ridiculous and it was interesting to note that only some stores validate and you have to make a minimum spending amount. Good thing I was only there for about 5 min and dropped off. I came for a lei making class on Tuesday 11 am - 1 pm. No one was there. I waited 5 min past the starting time. No one seemed to know where it was and some stores said the crafts schedule is “inconsistent”. No customer service desk or anyone to help. Poor customer service with relations to marketing… If you want some cultural crafts or programs to join, I would reccomend The Shops at Wailea (robust program - see my review) and free parking! Similar stores and more at The Shops.
