  Good place for shopping and dining, lots of options and it felt clean and safe. There is a big parking garage that charges you however you can get up to two hours validated when shopping or eating at one of the businesses here

  Very big outlet type of area containing of restauraunts, bars, beaches, jewelry, clothes. Fun place to visit.

  The center is awesome, but parking is stupid expensive. More shops should validate IF you shop there... restaurants did, but most others don't seem to.

  The shops were fun, great prices. The food court was awesome! So many options we had BBQ at Jai and it was so awesome! Best BBQ sauce I've ever had! Great portion sizes too! Service was wonderful.

  Consumer Warning Regarding Pacific Jet Sports in Whalers Village I strongly encourage anyone considering booking with Pacific Jet Sports or the kiosk located on the lower level to not go. In my experience, the terms and expectations presented to us changed once we were approximately one mile offshore. At that point, we decided that we no longer wanted to participate in the activity and requested to return to shore. We were informed that no refund would be provided, despite the violations in agreement. What was particularly disappointing was the subsequent customer-service experience. When I contacted the company to dispute the charge and request clarification regarding the transaction and agreement, I was unable to obtain the information I was seeking. The representative's manner was unnecessarily rude, and the call ended abruptly by them hanging up! I am sharing this review so other visitors can make an informed decision. If you are considering booking, I recommend not leaving shore even if you read the agreements. Hawaii has countless reputable businesses and memorable experiences. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, Pacific Jet Sports and the kiosk on the lower level did not meet the level of professionalism or transparency I expected as a customer. 1% away from being a scam. I hope this helps another visitor avoid an unpleasant and potentially expensive experience.
