  I was really impressed with this Bucherer. It was an unexpected find on laid-back Maui. The sales associates were knowledgeable and helpful, had friendly attitudes, wanted to show off their pieces and actually sell you something (a welcome change from some of the snobbish service you get in other high end watch shops). I was there with my dad and my six year old son, all of us dressed very casually, and they were very cordial to us. They had some great stuff in stock. I tried on some of the sought-after Tudors (BB58 GMT on jubilee) and Grand Seikos (SLGB003 and 005, the "frost forest" models). They also had tons of new Rolex (incl the Land Dwellers, a few GMTs, lots of DJs), some of which was for sale. Also a huge CPO Rolex selection, one of the best I've come across. If you're in the market for a big watch purchase and have a trip to Maui planned, it's well worth a look and maybe even calling ahead.

  We came in to the Bucherer Whalers Village location on our honeymoon and were greeted with the utmost respect and professionalism. Amber took the time to show my wife different models and styles and my wife ultimately walked out with her dream wedding watch. Come here if you want to have an amazing jewelry or watch buying experience!

  Our experience at Bucherer 1888 in Lahaina was truly one of the highlights of our entire Maui vacation. We had the pleasure of working with Breezie, who helped us purchase a beautiful Rolex and a stunning gold bracelet. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, but Breezie made the experience unforgettable. She took the time to include our entire family—my husband, our four kids, and me—which made such a difference. We were in Maui for our family vacation, milestones, and our anniversary month, and Breezie made us feel like we were celebrating with family rather than simply making a purchase. She never made us feel rushed and created an experience that was personal, memorable, and incredibly special. We will always remember that day, and every time we look at our Rolex and bracelet, we'll think of our amazing trip to Maui and the wonderful experience Breezie gave us. Thank you, Breezie, and the entire Bucherer 1888 team, for making such a meaningful milestone even more memorable. We already know this won't be our last visit. We plan to make stopping by Bucherer 1888 to see Breezie a tradition whenever we're in Maui. We can't wait to come back!

  Amber Gifford is simply the best. She was so gracious and patient as she showed us various items. The timing could not have been better as she helped my wife find a nice bracelet and was able to get me the very watch I wanted. Highly recommend Amber and the Bucherer store.
