She made my mom feel like the happiest person during the process and unlike most jewelry stores where they really try to push a sale, she was just listening to her questions and giving us all the information we asked for. Needless to say I’m more than happy with the purchase and glad she worked with us. Waimea and Maui will be forever etched in our lives. Mahalo to Alexandria. Can’t wait to visit again after our marriage.

This was my second purchase at this location. I wish I could remember the name of the kind person who assisted me, she was from Japan. Very helpful and patient, also polished a ring I had on. Mahalo!
